Upon purchase of a VidPocket Lifetime License, VidPocket grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, activate, and execute the Software on up to three (3) personal Windows computers owned or controlled by you.

You may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or publicly resell your personal license keys. Commercial re-distribution of license keys without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

VidPocket is designed as a personal utility tool to help users create offline backups and archives of media for lawful, non-commercial purposes (such as personal offline viewing, travel playback, or archival reference).

You agree not to use VidPocket to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks of any creator or third party. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of downloaded media complies with applicable local laws, fair use regulations, and platform terms.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the performance of VidPocket. If you experience technical defects that our support team cannot resolve, or if VidPocket does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a full 100% refund within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase date.
