We want you to be happy with VidPocket. If it isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] or use the contact form and choose "Refund request".
2. Include the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order number.
3. We'll process the refund through Lemon Squeezy. It usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated and VidPocket returns to the free version.

Purchases made elsewhere

If you bought VidPocket through a marketplace such as AppSumo, refunds follow that marketplace's own policy. Please request the refund through them.

Before you ask for a refund

If a site isn't downloading, contact us first. Most problems are fixed quickly with an update or a settings change.
